For Adults

Treatment of spinal and joint problems in all regions of the body. We also give Pilates based re-hab exercise advice sessions and use acupuncture ‘dry needling’ where appropriate.

For babies and children

Using the gentle re-balancing techniques of ‘cranial osteopathy’ conditions as diverse as colic, feeding difficulties, unsettled baby, ‘glue’ ear, asthma, postural problems and development delay can be treated.

In pregnancy

Osteopathy is an effective approach to the muscular-skeletal aches and pains so common in pregnancy, helps to prepare for the demands of labour and for the mother to recover after the birth.
